# LiquidSpace launches DASH 2.0: A smarter legal framework for enterprise transactions.

San Francisco, CA - LiquidSpace, the leading global platform for flexible workspace solutions, today announced the launch of **DASH 2.0** — a major upgrade to its Direct Agreement for Space Hosting (DASH) License Agreement that enables every enterprise transaction on the LiquidSpace marketplace.
DASH 2.0 redefines how flexible workspace agreements are structured, giving both **hosts and enterprises** the clarity, compliance, and confidence they need to operate at scale.

Flexible work has outgrown the traditional lease. Our original DASH License brought the first and only standardized legal agreement to the Coworking and Flexible Office market. Now, DASH 2.0 builds on this scale-proven legal standard to better serve the unique requirements of large enterprises and their employees. a new standard that protects the interests of **both the space provider and the space user** — enabling frictionless transactions without sacrificing compliance or control.
For **enterprise customers**, DASH 2.0 means:
